XY-9-P continuous cracking equipment process overview

After the waste tire is broken to a certain extent by the pretreatment device, it enters the fully continuous pyrolysis equipment through the automatic feeding device.

The fully continuous pyrolysis equipment continues to feed, and the raw materials begin to crack after entering the pyrolysis furnace. When the pyrolyzed tires reach the discharge hole, all the pyrolysis is completed.

The carbon slag is discharged and collected by the high-temperature slag extraction system, and the oil and gas are cooled by the cooling device.

All the liquefied oil that can be liquefied is collected into the tank, and the gas that can not be liquefied is purified by the device and then entered the combustion chamber of the equipment as fuel.

The smoke after combustion passes through the flue gas treatment system and reaches a certain standard for discharge.

The whole project has no sewage, no solid waste discharge, environmental protection and pollution-free.
