PLC control, color touch screen display, feeding system adopts precision servo motor, and uses precision electronic handwheel to control the grinding wheel. The flat ladder teeth can be ground in one time, and the same teeth can be repeatedly ground 2-3 times. The grinding head is selected as a professional customized type, and the grinding accuracy can be controlled within 0.03mm. The operation is simple and easy to learn, without unlocking and locking buttons. The system automatically locks according to the operation requirements, and adds grinding wheel wear compensation and bevel tooth compensation functions. The power supply of this model is connected to three-phase 380V, 50HZ (the other colored wire is the grounding wire).
