1) Preform Loading System
It is independent mechanical unit that consists of a preform container(hopper), a transport belt(conveyor) and a preform orientator. Its function is to load preforms from the hopper to the gravity rails. Preforms come from the container and are thrown on conveyor of the orientator. Then orientated preforms are placed on the rails that transport them directly to the machine.

• 2) Gravity Rails for Preforms Feeding
  Directly from the orientator, preforms are placed on the gravity rails which transport them to the machine feeding section.
• 3) Preform Feeding and Preform Transport Slider
  Robot hands take the preforms from the rails to the place where they are loaded on the preform holder of the transport slider. 
  Working cycle of the preform feeding includes:
• taking of the preforms from the gravity rails;
• Placing the preforms in the right position of preform holder;
• Delivering preforms to the oven.
• SMC pneumatic parts guarantee the machines reliable performance and long service life;
• Suitable for different necks on the same machine, just change the gripper and preform neck holder;
• Sliders are driven by air cylinder, clean and energy saving.
• 4) Oven with Infrared Lamp
  Preforms are caught by preform holder and transported in the neck down position by slider. With the use of transport slider, preforms are transported through the process of thermal softening in the oven. Even heating on the whole surface of the preform is ensured by rotation around its axis. Rotation is carried out with a cog that cooperates with the transport chain.
• Power saving: heater is fixed with link of short section(60mm), which assures to heat more performs with the same heating length. In this way, it saves electricity of 50%.
• accurate control on the position and speed by hydraulic motor, assure the action of the preheating-chain and manipulator in synchrony.
• Water cooling plate: cooling bottle neck avoid neck deformation during heating.
• Infrared heat lamps:
      a.  Each lamp is individually adjustable;
      b.  Lamp rod is adjustable in length, which is good for bottom heating;
• Independent heating control system for each heating zone to offer ideal temperature for various preforms;
• Each heating lamp has a voltage regulator to control the voltage of the heating lamps and keep it working smoothly;
• With the LED displayk easy and convenient to inspect and adjust the voltage degree.
• 5) Preform Moving to Blowing Section
  When the heated preforms get out from the oven, they are moved to the blowing section by transport slider.
• 6) Stretch-Blown Unit
  In this place, bottle forming with the usage of high pressure air blowing and stretch bar. Blowing process with compressed air takes place with the use of special electric valves. Incoming air is filtered before it comes to the bottle forming process. 
• Linear sliding track framework instead of liner bearing, which offers an outstanding improvement of stability;
• Cast mold platen with toggle clamping unit, which offers longest service life, and enhance the stability of the machine;
• Strong clamping force with high pressure and double crank links to lock the mold 
• 7) PLC Controller
  Stable performance with advanced Mitsubishi controller system for PLC and HMI. It integrates a self-diagnosis program, all warning information is shown through the friendly touch interface featuring an alarm system. The controller also shows the actual blowing speed during production.
• Two ways of operating: automatic and manual;
• Built in memory of the PLC saves the different size bottles production;
• Engineering software analyzed and optimized the clamping system to guarantee the fastest possible moving speed and strongest clamping force.
