1.Equipment warranty period: all parts and materials are brand new and have not been used before. Equipment warranty period: one year after installation and commissioning. Installation Instructions
Safe operation process of FRP pultrusion equipment
1.Before startup
1)All personnel who operate this equipment must be trained and qualified to work; other personnel are not allowed to operate this equipment privately without approval.
2)Operators must wear labor protection equipment and are not allowed to wear watches, rings and other accessories.
3)Before starting, the materials and personnel that are not related to the pultrusion work should be cleared out of the demarcated pultrusion work area, and the frame and rotating parts of the pultrusion machine should be carefully checked. No debris should be placed on the pultrusion machine.
4)Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the safety devices are safe and reliable, and whether the instruments, meters, and indicator lights are effective.
5)Check whether the raw materials used are qualified.
2.During startup and operation
6)Before starting, check whether the working pressure of the pneumatic system meets the requirements. After the pneumatic pressure is determined, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to adjust the pressure privately.
7)When threading the yarn, pay attention to the infiltration box clamp and the threading strip; install the mold as required, and close the mold station.
8)After the equipment is started, operators are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts, and the equipment is not allowed to operate in unattended state.
9)Check whether the hydraulic system is normal (oil level, pressure, oil leakage); It is strictly forbidden for the operator to adjust the hydraulic system, safety flow valve and working pressure without permission.
10)Operate the button switch according to the prescribed procedures, and be stable and accurate, and no misoperation is allowed to prevent accidents due to misoperation.
11)During the operation of the equipment, be careful not to put your hands near dangerous objects such as moving clamps, saw blades, etc.
12) In the event of an emergency, quickly pull down the emergency stop button, or quickly press the stop button, and notify the supervisor immediately, and private repairs are prohibited.
13)When replacing molds, saw blades, yarns, adjusting gauze, etc., the air source and power supply must be cut off, and work under pressure or electricity is prohibited.
3.Stop running
1)When it is confirmed that the operation needs to be stopped, press the stop procedure to operate the button switch to prevent accidents caused by misoperation.
2)When replacing the mold, clean it up in time, and put the acetone used to clean the mold in the designated appliance.
3)Be careful when disassembling and assembling the mold and follow the procedures to prevent injuries.
4)Do the daily maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the regulations.
5)When the continuous operation has accumulated 100, 200, 1000, 2000, 5000 hours, notify the supervisor to do equipment maintenance according to the specified items.
