1. Overall layout of the machine tool
The VMC series vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout, with the columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide (X direction).
The bed, worktable, slide seat, column, spindle box and other large components are all made of resin sand castings, and have undergone two aging treatments to eliminate stress. They have good stability and high strength, ensuring the stability of the machine tool's long-term accuracy and providing a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool's performance. These large components are optimized using Soldworks and Ansys to improve the stiffness and stability of both the components and the entire machine, effectively suppressing deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces on the machine tool.
2 Dragging System
X. The Y and Z axes are equipped with automatic forced centralized lubrication to reduce the frictional resistance of feed motion, minimize low-speed crawling, and improve the precision and lifespan of the machine tool.
X. The ball screw of the Y and Z three-axis transmission adopts C3 grade double nut pre tightened ball screw, and the bearings at both ends of the ball screw adopt imported P4 grade 60 º contact angle screw special bearings. The screw support adopts a pre tension structure, greatly reducing the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operation of the machine tool.
The Z-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function, which can automatically brake the motor shaft in the event of power failure, preventing it from rotating and providing safety protection.
3 spindle group
Adopting well-known brand high-speed, high-precision, and high rigidity spindle units, all important components have undergone strengthening treatment; Using world-renowned P4 grade spindle bearings and KLUBR NBU15 grease lubrication, the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions and undergoes computer balance calibration and running in testing, resulting in a long service life and high reliability of the entire spindle.
The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle is controlled by a built-in encoder of the motor, which can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
The spindle adopts a central blowing structure, which quickly cleans the inner cone of the spindle with central high-pressure gas after loosening the tool, ensuring the accuracy of tool clamping.
