1.1 Product Usage
This combined machine is used for the production of non-woven fabrics with polypropylene spunbond, spinning and stretching, composite web formation, and hot rolling reinforcement. The combined machine uses polypropylene slices as the main raw material, supplemented by color masterbatch and additives such as antioxidant, anti-static, flame retardant, etc., to produce polypropylene spunbond and meltblown composite nonwoven fabrics with different colors and properties to adapt to different applications. It can be used in industries such as medical, health, agriculture, construction, geotechnical engineering, as well as various disposable or durable materials for daily life and household use.
1.2 Process flow
Online SmS production: polypropylene slicing and additives → suction, metering, mixing device → screw extruder → melt filter → metering pump delivery → spinning die, spinneret melt spinning machine → cooling and stretching device → diffusion mesh laying → mesh laying machine wire mesh conveying → hot rolling machine reinforcement → winding machine coiling → slitting machine cutting and packaging.

1.4 Equipment manufacturing requirements
a. Appearance: Computer gray paint is used. Within one week of the start of equipment production, the buyer shall provide specific paint color samples. It is required that all equipment must have anti rust primer, and the topcoat must be treated with anti rust and leveling. High quality paint should be used to ensure that the paint will not peel off under normal circumstances; The external insulation including the box body is made of 1.0 steel plate, with an overall beautiful appearance;
b. Material, processing, and production requirements: It is required to use brand new and unused raw materials, and all materials must comply with national standard requirements; Ensure that the machining accuracy and assembly accuracy are within the standard range.
c. The equipment has been designed with full consideration for the safety operation of workers, and measures have been taken to address or warn and protect areas with safety hazards.
Loss: Unit consumption of raw materials (required for one kilogram of finished product): 1.065 kilograms
Equipment stability requirements: It can guarantee that there will be no unstable operation of the equipment due to equipment reasons during the continuous 72 hour trial run period. During the one week continuous trial production period, production will be carried out using Shanghai SECCO S2040 or Luoyang Petrochemical y35pp polypropylene and under the guidance of the seller's mature commissioning process.
