Structure specification
1.Furnace cover:
Adopts double-layer water sandwich structure, inner and outer walls are 304 stainless steel inner and outer walls and the upper and lower flanges of the furnace body to form an overall structure, and the furnace cover inflation system is equipped with a locking device.
The internal and external walls are polished with precision treatment.
Standard interfaces such as air release valve and pressure gauge are left on the furnace cover.
2.Furnace body:
The inner and outer walls are also 304 stainless steel double-layer water sandwich structure, and the inner and outer walls are precision polished.
The furnace body and the lower flange form a cylindrical structure, and the flange plane is set up with a sealing groove.
"O" ring vacuum seal, and water cooling device (to prevent the "O" ring aging due to high temperature).
The side of the furnace body is designed with a lifting installation support, which is used to support the lifting of the furnace body, and the side part is also designed with an observation port, an electric electrode and other devices.
3.Furnace bottom and crystal lifting device:
The furnace bottom and furnace body are vacuum sealed with "O" ring, the furnace bottom is double-layer water cooling design, and the vacuum machine nozzle interface is designed at the bottom, and the rear vacuum system is connected through the pipeline.
The lifting of crucible platform adopts electric servo screw, the lifting module adopts ball screw module.
The motor adopts servo motor, the lifting position is accurate and the speed is stable.
The lifting mechanism of the crucible platform and the linear moving sealing type of the furnace bottom are sealed with welded corrugated pipes.
4.Furnace body lifting mechanism:
The equipment is designed to lift the whole furnace body, and the whole furnace body and heating body are lifted together through the side lead screw module to facilitate the overall loading and unloading of materials.
5.Heating element and heat insulation screen:
High purity graphite is used for heating, high purity, no volatilization, and effectively ensure the cleanliness of the furnace chamber.
The thermal insulation material is made of graphite formed fiber soft felt, which has good thermal insulation effect and good impact resistance.
The entire heat shield is fixed with a metal frame, which is easy to install and maintain.
The temperature control adopts the method of switching between thermocouple and infrared instrument for temperature control. At low temperatures, the thermocouple directly controls temperature measurement.
At high temperatures, the thermocouple exits and the infrared instrument directly controls temperature measurement.
At the same time, a monitoring thermocouple is set outside the heat insulation screen to monitor the temperature outside the heat insulation screen to improve the safe performance of the equipment.
6.Vacuum system:
By TRP-48 mechanical pump + high vacuum pneumatic baffle, vacuum pressure gauge, inflation valve, exhaust valve.
The connection between the vacuum pipe and the pump adopts a quick joint connection (slow down vibration), and the vacuum measurement is performed by a vacuum gauge with a digital display function and communication function.
7.Temperature control system:
The control heating system has a thyristor regulator + low-voltage high-current high-power transformer + temperature measuring device to form a closed-loop control system. The temperature instrument adopts a high-precision program instrument with PID automatic adjustment function and self-tuning self-adjustment ability. Stable and reliable, high control accuracy.
The control system adopts a PLC+touch screen approach, with temperature, vacuum, and displacement data that can be recorded and queried, curves that can be realistic, data that can be saved and exported, and temperature program data that can be compiled, saved, and called.
The control system is centrally placed in the box on one side of the furnace frame, the whole is generous, easy to maintain, and all the devices are made of well-known brands such as S chneider and S iemens to ensure the safety of use.
There are safety warning stickers on the control box cabinet, and the installation and wiring are standardized.
8.Water cooling distribution system:
The water cooling system is composed of water main pipes, valves and branches.
After entering the main inlet pipe, the cooling water is sent to the furnace door, furnace body, furnace bottom, water-cooled electrode, vacuum pump, cold trap and other places that need cooling water, and then it is summarized to the outlet pipe and discharged.
The main water inlet pipe is provided with electric contact pressure gauge, which has the function of water cut off sound and light alarm and power cut off.
Each branch water pipe adopts transparent plastic hose, and connects the water main pipe and the water inlet and outlet of the equipment through stainless steel joints.
Each cooling water inlet pipe is equipped with a manual valve, which can manually adjust the water flow. (The total water intake can be supplied by circulating chiller, which can be purchased separately or purchased by customers if needed, and is not included in the overall configuration of the equipment)
9.Transformers and connecting cables:
Use matching transformers and connecting cables.
10.Crucible tray:
The crucible tray is designed with water-cooled structure, the crucible is placed on its upper part, and the positioning device is designed to facilitate the positioning of the crucible. A thermocouple is arranged at the bottom of the crucible to measure the real-time temperature at the bottom of the crucible.
