Equipment Introduction:
This machine is used to produce hand-held paper bags with a hand lever. The hand lever station automatically turns the prepared round rope and roll paper into a hand lever. The hand lever is conveyed to the cutting, feeding, pasting, and pressing stations through the conveying system. Then, the original color or printed roll paper is cut at the pasting position, glued at the pasting position, and the hand lever is automatically pasted. The main machine then applies edge glue, forms a cylinder, cuts, marks, applies bottom glue, forms the bottom of the bag, and transports the paper with a hand lever out of the bag. The entire process is completed synchronously in one go. Truly achieving fully automated production can effectively save labor costs.
The entire machine adopts Mitsubishi servo electronic control system imported from Japan, ensuring fast and stable operation while effectively reducing the time for adjusting the size of paper bags. The paper bags and finished products produced have high precision, strong stability, easy maintenance, and high production efficiency, making them ideal equipment for major printing factories and paper bag manufacturers to purchase.
