3.0.4 Safety Instructions for Equipment Operators
The personnel using this equipment must have a correct understanding and knowledge of the equipment before operating it, and must have knowledge of industrial machinery safety. They must also strictly adhere to industrial safety guidelines to prevent accidents from occurring.
To prevent accidents, operators should not wear earrings, necklaces, ties, scarves, or other items that are easily rolled into the machinery.
Loose clothing should not be worn. You should not drink alcohol. Long nails should not be left. Two or more personnel should not operate this equipment simultaneously. Staff who have taken any medication should not operate this device.
Protective measures should be taken, such as wearing safety goggles, safety gloves, and safety shoes.
Long hair should be tied up or covered with a hat, and those with long beards can wear masks to hide their beards.
Pay attention to all safety and danger warning signs on the equipment.
When the noise exceeds 85dB/A (decibels), ear muffs should be worn.
When the length of the produced product is too small (less than 300mm), attention should be paid to the high-speed flying of the product after cutting to prevent injury.
3.0.5 Safety instructions for using and operating equipment
During automatic processing, the operator of this equipment:

The safety cover door of the wire feeding section should be closed.
A notice should be hung to warn other personnel not to approach the rotating pay off rack.

Regular inspections should be conducted on the safety covers and electrical components of the equipment to ensure that everything meets safety standards.
Regularly clean the oil stains and iron filings on the components of the mechanism, and regularly lubricate the gears and transmission shafts with grease.
If you find any danger, please immediately press the red emergency stop button on the computer or console, or turn off the power. You can also turn off the main power switch, and the equipment will stop immediately.
When replacing any parts, the main power must be turned off.
