The 1000T horizontal single action short stroke post-feeding aluminum extruder is mainly suitable for the forward extrusion of aluminum and aluminum alloy profiles and bars.


Extruder equipment composition:

1000T horizontal single action short stroke post-loading aluminum extruder adopts post-loading mode, which is composed of extruder body, hydraulic transmission and control system, extruder auxiliary equipment, automatic detection and control device and electrical control system.



Structure and characteristics of extruder body

The extrusion machine adopts a fixed extrusion pad, short stroke after loading structure. The body is composed of prestressed composite frame, main oil cylinder, side cylinder, extruding beam device, extruding cylinder device, extruding cylinder locking cylinder, mold frame moving device, main shear device, lower guide frame and other components.

The design of extruder adopts computer 3D finite element analysis software to optimize the structure design and analyze the stress field, displacement field and temperature field of the key parts of extruder, such as prestressed structural composite frame, master cylinder and composite extrusion cylinder.
