1, Equipment features

1.2 Proportional oil cylinder propulsion system - FWM-60SF/J digital friction welding machine hydraulic drive, due to the use of advanced proportional hydraulic system. Through the human-machine interface, adjustments and settings can be made to the welding process, including:; Friction pressure, friction speed, forging pressure, and forging speed. It is the user who can operate the welding machine more intuitively and conveniently.
2, Equipment composition
The FWM-60SF/J digital friction welding machine is mainly composed of a host, hydraulic system, electronic control system, and automation system.
2.1 Host - mainly composed of bed body, spindle box, rotating fixture, moving fixture clamp, and main propulsion cylinder.
Bed frame; Welded structural components are processed by combining CNC gantry machining centers and guide rail grinders after high-temperature heat aging to remove welding stress. Ensure the accuracy and precision of the installation holes on the bed body.
Spindle box; After welding structural components and high-temperature heat aging to remove welding stress, the CNC gantry machining center and high-precision boring machine are used to complete the machining. Ensure the accuracy and precision of the installation holes in the spindle box.
Rotating fixture; Adopting the spring clamp telescopic clamping method, the spring clamp is made of high-quality spring steel.
Mobile fixtures; Adopting a clamp type structure, the clamping jaws are made of high-quality mold steel.
Main propulsion cylinder; Adopting hydraulic oil propulsion method. The oil cylinder seat adopts welded structural components, and the cylinder body adopts domestically renowned hydraulic cylinders.
2.2 Hydraulic System - Adopting advanced proportional hydraulic control system in China. It mainly consists of a motor, a vane pump, an electromagnetic directional valve, a high-pressure filter, a proportional hydraulic valve, a proportional relief valve, a pressure reducing valve, an oil tank, and a pressure gauge.
2.3 Electric control system - mainly composed of electric control cabinet, contactor, relay, air switch, human-machine interface operation screen, PLC machine, servo motor and control device.
