Elctrolyser for Green Hydrogen Production PlantElctrolyser for Green Hydrogen Production PlantThank you so much for your attention to our equipment. The parameters, configuration and price of the equipment are as follows:
I. Equipment technical requirements and configuration
CHG-1000/1.6 Hydrogen production equipment and purification device
This solution uses a CHG-1000/1.6 water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. The user provides electricity and water for the equipment. The hydrogen production equipment sends out 1.6MPa hydrogen. The user will consider the subsequent oxygen treatment. The conventional hydrogen and oxygen station design method is adopted. The user needs to provide the design and production of the hydrogen production station plant (including civil engineering, lightning protection, HVAC, etc.). The plant covers an area of about 350 square meters. The unit DC energy consumption of hydrogen production is about 4.5KW/m3.H2. Considering the loss from AC to DC, the cost is calculated according to 5KW/m³.H2, and the cost of pure water can be ignored. Therefore, the cost of producing 1m³H2 is the electricity price × 5. Other raw material costs KOH price is 15,000 yuan/ton KOH consumption per m³ 0.0004KG/Nm³ Cooling tower power consumption 0.001kw.h/Nm³
For the proposal and quotation of a 1000nm3 water electrolysis hydrogen production system (our largest electrolyzer at present), please refer to the following:

1) 1 set of bipolar non-metallic frame electrolyzer: single electrolyzer hydrogen capacity 1000nm3, working pressure 1.6Mpa, non-asbestos membrane;
2) 1 set of gas/alkali liquid separator system: separate hydrogen from hydrogen/alkali liquid mixture, separate oxygen from oxygen/alkali liquid mixture. The system includes a frame structure, hydrogen separator, oxygen separator, potassium hydroxide lye circulation pump, potassium hydroxide lye filter, oxygen hydrogen analyzer, dew point analyzer, sensor, transmitter, pressure gauge, valve, pipe, joint, flange, etc.;
3) 1 set of hydrogen purification system: purify the hydrogen purity from 99.8% to 99.999%, and the hydrogen dew point to -70 degrees. The system includes a drying tower, a purification tower, a molecular sieve, a palladium catalyst, a pneumatic three-way valve, a transmitter, a valve, a pipe, a joint, a flange, etc.;
4) 1 set of PLC control system: The system includes a control panel, HMI, software and licenses, relays, circuit breakers, contactors, switch mode power supplies, remote control systems, UPS, safety barriers and connectors, etc.;
5) 1 transformer and thyristor rectifier:
1) Pure water: Pure water enters the water tank, and a water pump adds pure water to the system. If the water supply is stopped for any reason (insufficient water supply, etc.), a differential pressure transmitter will force the machine to automatically stop working according to the lower limit of the liquid level.
2) Electrolyzer: We use an electrolyzer with bipolar technology, non-metallic polar frame, and non-asbestos membrane cloth. The main electrode material is nickel. Hydrogen is produced by the cathode side of the electrolyzer, and oxygen is produced by the anode side of the electrolyzer.
3) Hydrogen and oxygen liquid separator: The hydrogen and oxygen produced by the electrolyzer enter the hydrogen separator and oxygen separator respectively, and the gas is separated from the gas-liquid mixture after cooling the gas with cooling water. After that, it is cooled by the wire pipe cooler installed in the gasket. Finally, the hydrogen flows into the hydrogen drying tower for further purification.
4) Potassium hydroxide lye circulation system: The potassium hydroxide lye returns to the electrolyzer through the collection pipe and potassium hydroxide lye filter, where impurities will be removed, and then circulated to the electrolyzer through the potassium hydroxide lye pump.
5) Hydrogen purification: After gas-liquid cooling and separation, hydrogen enters the purification tower, and oxygen in hydrogen is adsorbed by palladium catalyst. Then the purified hydrogen enters the drying tower (1, 2, 3) containing molecular sieves, and three drying towers are used for production, regeneration, and pre-work to remove the water content in hydrogen.
6) Cooling water system: The system uses cooling water to cool the rectifier temperature, the alkali temperature in the hydrogen-oxygen separator, and the temperature of the purification tower.
II. Technical indicators and requirements
1.1 Total hydrogen production: 1000Nm³/h (based on the final export gas production).
1.2 Product gas output pressure: ≥1.6MPa.
1.3 Hydrogen purity after electrolysis: ≥99.8% Oxygen content of hydrogen after purification: ≤5PPM, hydrogen dew point after drying: ≤-70ºC, oxygen purity after electrolysis: ≥99.4%.
1.4 DC power consumption: ≤4.5 kwh/Nm³ H2.
