1. Device overview
Pin-pulse digital control PE-668J is a tracking automatic edge banding machine, using heavy frame, high standard assembly process and well-known brand accessories, equipment with pre-milling, gluing, welt, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, tracking, scraping, polishing and other functions.
2. Functional features
(1) Equipment adopts high-power high-frequency motor, encoder precise control system action, improve edge sealing processing effect.
(2)Contour tracking perfect chamfering, edge sealing more perfect.
(3)The frame adopts thick wall steel welding, annealing treatment after welding, the equipment is not affected by welding internal stress and deformation in the production process.
(4)Accessories used: Taiwan Delta PLC control system, Taiwan Airtac, pneumatic components are well-known brands, to ensure the high reliability of the equipment.
