3. Main performance

3.1 . Full contact surface welding of welded parts, accurate axial and radial positioning;
3.2. The equipment adopts the composite control of industrial computer system and PLC program, and the equipment moves continuously; the motor speed is controlled by computer, which can realize variable speed control of welding process.
3.3. Welding quality control: Time control is used for primary friction, time control or friction amount control is used for secondary friction, and time control is used for top forging and holding pressure. Time and pressure can be pre-set or changed by PLC and touch screen, which is convenient for changing specifications when welding workpieces of various specifications, and can be directly extracted and selected during use to realize automatic welding;
3.4. The monitoring system controls the welding quality, displays the spindle speed, main motor current, system pressure, top forging force, displacement and other parameters, with time as the base axis. If a printer is connected, the detection data can be directly printed and correspond to the workpiece number; the data from the start of welding to about 5 seconds after the forging is completed is recorded in detail, including welding time, speed, pressure, displacement (welding compression), motor current, etc. The data can be stored in a csv file named with date and time. The operating system automatically stores each welding data in the specified folder. The curve can be automatically generated by the configuration software or the data file can be generated by Excel. The system has the functions of real-time display of sensor data, fault prompts, historical data, implementation of alarms and historical alarm queries;
3.5.Alarm and protection function: The machine tool is equipped with a three-color indicator light, which will automatically alarm if the parameter variation range is exceeded. For example, if the motor is overcurrent or the oil circuit is blocked, the alarm can be sounded or the motor power can be cut off; when the device alarms, the alarm information will be prompted on the touch screen and the industrial computer display, and the alarm information and related processing solutions can be queried through the operation manual.

3.7. Prevent deformation: The bed, jaw box, spindle box, etc. adopt an integral box structure, and multiple high-strength ribs are welded inside. After welding, the whole is tempered to provide sufficient strength to prevent deformation.
3.8. The equipment uses a welding main force cylinder and a fast moving cylinder in combination. When the equipment needs to move quickly during the idle stroke, the fast cylinder is used to push the jaw box to move. When welding is required, the welding main force cylinder is used to push the jaw box for welding. While meeting the idle stroke movement of the jaws and the moving speed of the upsetting stage, compared with other hydraulic station methods, the oil pump flow rate is greatly reduced and the power of the oil pump motor is reduced.

3.10. A TCP/IP interface is reserved , and equipment monitoring and data collection can be performed through the Ethernet interface. The information includes status, equipment operating parameters (spindle speed, pressure, etc.). The control software has no program backdoor and provides permanent use rights.
3.11. The design, manufacture and safety of machine tools shall strictly comply with the international industrial standards (ISO) and meet the environmental protection and CE safety standards.
