Features
Furnace Structure
The design of furnace is new L type or straight type that is suitable for any foundries of their space. It is still with the melting room, holding room and dipping poor that make it with best efficiency and convenience.

A-1, Overview of the furnace

10. The rated power condition must be based on meeting the following conditions:
1) The debris and other materials in the recycled waste, especially those that are not easily oxidized.
2) The furnace tower always maintains a certain amount of material, with the condition of 750Kg/H melted material and 750Kg/H continuously discharged aluminum liquid.
3) Melting material ratio, 50% for recycled materials and 50% for aluminum ingots
4) Melt temperature, based on 710 ºC.
5) The furnace should be in a stable state of continuous operation day and night
6) Calculate the average combustion consumption rate over 3 hours during continuous melting.
7) The melting furnace and associated equipment are operating normally.

1) Aluminum ingot (1 piece with an average weight of 5Kg) melting and filling rate of 50% (must be dispersed and input)

A-2, Furnace structure
1. Metal components
The outer shell of 10.0mm and the bottom plate are made of 12.0mm steel plates and reinforced with 12 # I-beams and 12 # channel steels, and are welded internally and externally. Except for some structures, they are basically constructed by metal welding.
2. Take soup mouth
Cylinder driven structure, automatically controls the cylinder to open or close the soup intake cover through signal transmission, in order to cooperate with the automatic soup dispenser's soup intake work.
3. Low level liquid outlet
The outlet part is made of shaped refractory material and can be opened or closed by manually operating the plug. The outlet is used to discharge residual aluminum liquid during shutdown. (Iron plug head and filling cap are consumables).
4. Slag collection door and its inspection and cleaning door
The metal components around each furnace door and the refractory material on the inside of the door are made of high-strength, high-temperature resistant concrete.

5. Feeding port cover
The shell frame of the feeding port cover is welded with carbon steel, and the interior is poured with heat-resistant concrete. The opening and closing of the top cover is driven by a cylinder. There are interlocking devices between the feeding machine and the furnace cover, and interlocking devices are also installed between the melting burner, feeding machine, and furnace cover.
