1.General Introduction

1).The H/T-type steel beam assembly, welding, and straightening machine (standard version) is an industrial application of the "hot welding and hot straightening process" proposed by Liaoning Jinrong Machinery.

It mainly solves the problems of seamless welding of hot welded belly plates below 14mm, forming of hot corrected wing plates of 25mm, and precision elimination of errors in the combination of three processes.

It concentrates the processes completed by traditional assembly machines, gantry welding machines, and straightening machines into one device, and is a specialized equipment for directly assembling, welding, and straightening the wing plates and web plates of H-shaped/T-shaped steel;

The implementation of seamless and arc free technology has significantly improved production efficiency and product qualification rate, reduced production costs, saved site space, and has obvious advantages in assessment indicators such as yuan/ton, ton/square meter, ton/person, equipment depreciation/ton, and risk/ton.

After the equipment is installed and delivered for use, the warranty period is 12 months.

Fragile parts and damage caused by improper use or other non equipment malfunctions are not covered by the warranty.

The supplier will provide lifelong paid maintenance for the equipment;

If the equipment is not installed for more than 3 months due to the buyer's reasons,

the warranty period is 15 months after the equipment leaves the factory.
 

Installation Instructions

 

1. The supplier is responsible for providing free training to one operator, one welder, and one maintenance personnel at the buyer's site for two days.

Only after passing the training can they take up their posts.

During the installation period, the buyer is responsible for the food and lodging of the supplier's installation personnel;


2. After installation and debugging by the supplier, the purchaser shall conduct acceptance inspection.

If the purchaser does not raise any written objections within 10 days, it shall be deemed that the supplier has installed and debugged the equipment as qualified.

After receiving equipment failure information, the supplier shall answer by phone or fax within 8 hours, except for uncontrollable factors

If on-site maintenance is required, please rush to the site within 48 hours.
