This machine consists of a frame, extruder, storage die head, mold closing mechanism, inflation device, robotic arm, cooling device, safety protection device, electrical control system, hydraulic control system, and pneumatic control system. 1. Extrusion system
characteristic:
(1) The extruder requires high production efficiency, good plasticizing quality, uniform color mixing, and uniform color of the produced hollow products. The internal and external quality of the products can meet the inspection requirements.
(2) Suitable for processing mixtures of powders, granules, recycled materials, and colorants.
(3) Wide adaptability to raw materials.
(4) The proportion range of recycled materials added is wide.
Technical Parameter
(1) Screw diameter: outer 100/inner 110mm.
(2) Length to diameter ratio: 30:1. Equipped with ZLYJ280/315 gearbox
(3) Screw material: High quality nitride steel is selected, with surface nitriding treatment, nitride layer thickness of 0.4mm, and hardness HV ≥ 900.
(4) Material barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAIA is selected, with the inner surface treated with nitriding and a hardness of HV ≥ 900.
(5) Drive mode: AC motor is selected, variable frequency automatic speed regulation is used to ensure that the twisting material does not stop during normal production. The motor is connected to the gearbox belt.

2. Mold head system

(1) The flow channel structure of the mold head adopts advanced plastic melt flow analysis software from abroad for analysis and design. The mold core flow channel and the intermediate ring have no dead corners as a whole. After the melt is compounded in the mold head, it enters the storage cylinder, and the formed billet has good strength and fast color change
(2) The servo oil cylinder and injection oil cylinder have a large area, ensuring that the injection force and servo force meet the processing needs of high viscosity, high molecular weight, and high-density polyethylene during the molding of the blank
(3) The main components of the storage tank, flow channel, and mouth mold are made of 38CrMo
(4) The oil cylinder seal adopts a new sealing structure to ensure good sealing and long service life
