1, Equipment Overview: TY-1350 Printing Machine is a gravure printing machine independently developed by the company. This machine combines the characteristics of various printing machines at home and abroad, and is composed of unwinding unit, feeding traction unit, printing unit, drying unit, discharging traction unit, winding unit, electrical control part, and corresponding control instrument light components. The characteristics of this model are as follows:
1. Maximum printing speed: 50-180m/min
2. The unwinding and rewinding are of a steam expansion shaft flipping frame structure, controlled by a feeding suit motor.
3. The automatic cutting function for winding and unwinding includes functions such as feeding roller, cutting blade cutting, tension switching, and reset, which are automatically completed.
4. The winding tension adopts nonlinear taper control to solve the problem of wrinkling deformation in the winding material.
5. Feeding 5.5KW, discharging traction: 2.2KW feeding suit motor drive, vector frequency conversion control.
6. Adopting the standard equipment of high-end gravure printing machines: a four level swing roller tension control system, with ultra-low friction cylinder swing roller detection for unwinding, feeding and discharging traction, and high-precision tension control.
7. The printing color group adopts a sealed oil immersed gapless gearbox, driven by a flexible shaft connection: 11KW feeding suit motor, controlled by Yaskawa vector frequency conversion.
8. The printing unit has a secondary return air utilization function.
9. The coreless pneumatic clamping system of the plate cylinder ensures quick plate replacement.
10. Dual cylinder, dual axis fixed scraper mechanism ensures the rigidity and stability of the scraper system during high-speed printing.
11. Drying oven: an environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and efficient drying oven with a scientific air distribution layout to ensure uniform air pressure and speed distribution throughout the oven, improving drying efficiency, reducing solvent residue, and minimizing energy consumption.
12. The guide rollers inside the drying box are low torque, integral guide rollers to adapt to high-speed printing of sensitive materials.
13. The whole machine adopts PLC centralized control, human-machine interface operation and monitoring of the working status of the whole machine, with integrated design of machine, electricity and gas.
