I. Equipment technical requirements and configuration

General technical requirements:
1. The equipment should ensure reliable quality and normal operation.
2. The steel materials for important load-bearing parts are produced by regular steel plants, and high-quality steel materials suitable for welding and low-temperature operating conditions are selected.
3. The installation and welding processes of all steel parts should comply with industry standards. No external force should be applied when welding structural parts. After welding is completed, the weld seam should be polished smooth and flat. All welds will undergo necessary inspections, and important parts must be inspected.
4. Each rotating part must rotate flexibly. The lubricating part is well sealed and there must be no grease leakage.
5. In the design and manufacturing, parts and components should adopt unified standards as much as possible, and the parts or components used should have good interchangeability. Reduce the number of accessories such as bearings as much as possible.
6. The equipment must meet the requirements of long-term continuous operation. Startup, operation and shutdown should be smooth, safe and reliable, and should meet the requirements for full load startup and shutdown.
Performance anti-corrosion technical requirements:
1. The thickness of all steel plates for reinforcement and connection of the shell and cylinder shall be strictly produced according to the supplier's drawings.
2. Before assembly, all processing waste, such as metal chips, fillers, etc., should be removed from the inside of each part. Unpainted external processing surfaces should be processed before leaving the factory to prevent corrosion during transportation or storage.
3. When the equipment leaves the factory, a no-load test is carried out to ensure that it runs smoothly, has no jamming or impact, and that the fasteners are not loose.
4. The insulation level of all motors should be no less than Class F, and the protection level should be no less than IP54.
5. All parts of the equipment work normally and can operate continuously for 8-22 hours.,
