1, Overview of Machine Tool
The operating system of the machine tool:

1.1 All parts of the machine tool are well sealed and there is no oil leakage. The workbench is fixed on the column and base, and a positioning reference is installed on the workbench. The base serves as the supporting component of the machine tool and is filled with coolant inside.

The main and auxiliary blade bodies are both made of steel, and the jaws are made of alloy steel. The main clamping blade body adopts mechanical clamping. The auxiliary clamping blade body adopts a cylinder clamping type, which drives a set of mechanisms to clamp and pull the handle of the knife through the cylinder, and moves together with the auxiliary sliding plate. The specifications are determined according to the handle.
This machine tool does not require digging a pit and is directly installed on the ground, with an operating height of 1000-1100mm. The main slide is driven by a servo motor and used for cutting various geometric shapes of through holes or flower joints.
1.2 Principle:
This machine tool adopts servo motor transmission, which works smoothly and has stepless speed regulation; The cutting method of the machine tool is to fix the workpiece on the worktable, and the main sliding plate is driven by a servo motor to move the ball screw up and down to achieve cutting. The machine tool has a full process escort tool device: there are three operation modes: automatic cycle, semi-automatic cycle, and adjustment, to adapt to the needs of different cutting forms.
The entire cycle of the machine tool is as follows: feeding the vibrating disc to the machining position, feeding the tool, clamping the tool with the chuck and moving downwards, releasing the upper chuck to complete the cutting, automatically pushing out the workpiece, moving the main sliding plate upwards (while the upper chuck moves downwards), releasing the lower chuck, lifting the tool with the upper chuck, and completing one cycle.
1.3 Electrical System
