1. Equipment introduction:
The JRCPU-2-3GY-1S high-temperature elastomer casting machine is a new product independently developed by Jinrong Southern Company. It is widely used in the casting production of rubber rollers, wheels, screens, impellers, OA machines, skate wheels, buffers and other products.This machine has the characteristics of high repeat injection accuracy, uniform mixing, stable performance, easy operation, and high production efficiency.

1. The equipment mainly uses PLC control and touch screen control, which can regulate temperature and flow. Smart and easy.
2. Use electromagnetic heating and thermal oil circulation system to heat up the raw materials. High efficiency, fast heating, and does not pollute the thermal oil.
3. Use imported famous brand gear pump with high precision and long life.
4. The conveying pipe adopts double metal pipe socket technology. The metering pump is wrapped in an insulating block to avoid heating dead spots and keep the temperature of the raw materials constant from the tank to the mixing head.
5. The mixing head adopts the latest technology, and the tapered mixing blade will not produce bubbles when mixing AB materials. And the machine comes with a set of vacuuming devices, which can vacuum the raw materials in the raw material tank and eliminate bubbles.
6. The equipment is equipped with a cleaning system, button control, and one-button cleaning, which is very convenient. 6. The material tank adopts a three-layer design with two interlayers.
