4. Utilities like free water for water seal of gasification system/cooling the gas and engine as well as power connections to electrical equipment of complete system.
5. Charcoal, wood, lubricating oil etc. for trails, commissioning and regular operations.
6. Arrangement for gas cutting, welding and other site-specific works/facilities.
7. Requisite material handling system including crane as well as manual labor for lifting and shifting of equipments into position as also for all other activities involving manual labor during installation and commissioning.
