1.Automatic rail sleeper palletizing machine
Product Overview:
The automatic palletizing machine for railway sleepers is used to shovel and transport the qualified railway sleepers from the finished roller conveyor to the outbound position, and stack them into 4-5 layers according to the outbound requirements; According to the type of sleeper, the sleepers are separated by shims (the upper and lower shims should be aligned and placed as close as possible to the rail groove position).

2.Finished Rail Sleeper Roller Table Group
Product Overview:
The finished rail sleeper roller conveyor is used to transport the rail sleepers that have been demolded by the flipping demolding machine to the palletizing machine position. The elastic finished rail conveyor in Group A is equipped with an elastic buffer device to reduce the impact of the flipping demolding machine on the roller conveyor frame, while the finished rail conveyors in Groups B and C are equipped with a guide device to prevent the rail sleepers from deviating during transportation.

3.Flip demolding machine
Product Overview:
The flipping demolding machine flips the cured rail sleeper mold 180 degrees from the steel mold transport roller to the elastic finished product roller of Group A. 4.Roll Table for Steel Mold Transport

7. Molding Machine
Product overview:

8.Spray Release Agent Equipment
 
Product Overview:

12.High frequency pre vibration device/vibration table

Product Overview:
The high-frequency pre vibration device is used to vibrate the concrete while feeding it.  Vibration starts from feeding until the ideal concrete density is reached.  During pouring, the concrete height is checked for deviation.  After pre vibration is completed, it is vibrated again at the vibration table position to achieve the best concrete density.
