Pipe diameter: 108-327mm.
Pipe wall thickness: 3.5-10mm.
Tube length: 4000-6000mm.
Flange thickness: 12-35mm.
Flange diameter: 220-650mm.
Workpiece weight: ≤ 600kg.
Workpiece material: Q345.
2. Workpiece requirements:
Welding seam assembly gap (weld seam gap):<1mm.
Flange and pipe fit clearance: 0.2-1.8mm
The material edge requires standard symmetry, with no or minimal burrs.
Before welding, the surface should be free of oil stains, rust layers, coatings, and other surface attachments.
Welding protection gas uses a mixture of 8:2 gas.
If there are obstacles to the welding gun and equipment caused by the rotation of the workpiece, it cannot be welded.
External welding special machine structure: This special machine is similar to a lathe structure, consisting of a bed body, a bed head, a chuck, a bed head propulsion mechanism, a bracket, a gun feeding and returning device, a welding gun two-dimensional manual fine-tuning mechanism, a control cabinet, and a welding power supply.
Bed: The appearance of the bed of this special machine is similar to that of a lathe, with a structure of welded steel plates and profiles. The large components are assembled into machine tool machined connecting surfaces and bolted together. The key parts of the bed are annealed to relieve stress, which improves the surface quality of the structural components, eliminates welding stress, and prevents deformation of the bed from affecting welding quality. The bed is equipped with sliding plate type track rails, which are processed from 45 # steel plate after quenching and tempering treatment.

Bedhead: The head and tail double bed structure is installed on the left and right rails of the bed. The workpiece rotation and welding are driven by the spindle of the bed head. The transmission method is that the servo motor is reduced by a turbine reducer to drive the spindle to rotate smoothly, and the speed is infinitely adjustable. There is a proximity sensor inside the headboard box that can detect the origin, return to rotation, and count functions. The spindle is equipped with conductive copper rings, copper brushes, and fixed bracket terminals for welding machine grounding. The copper brush of the equipment's conductive ring is a high current special purple copper brush, which replaces the traditional copper carbon brush and increases its service life by more than 5 times. The bedside output flange is equipped with a pneumatic positioning cylinder to increase the accuracy of origin positioning.
