The furnace shell is made of rolling steel plate with a thickness of 18mm, with an inner diameter of 3700mm. The furnace shell body and reinforcement plate are made of 20g material. The design maximum steel output is 20t, the bottom of the furnace body is butterfly bottom, and the bottom is welded with 20mm thick steel plate. The inner wall and bottom of the lower furnace body are built with refractory materials (i. e. furnace lining), which can be built with formed bricks. A maintenance platform is installed at the steel outlet groove to facilitate the knot and maintenance of the steel outlet. The steel groove is composed of two welding parts which are connected together by bolts. Inside the steel tank. When the flow tank is damaged, it can be replaced with a new flow tank, and the operation is very convenient. The furnace door mechanism is composed of the furnace door frame, the guide rail, the furna.door and the furnace door lifting mechanism. The furnace door frame is welded by steel plate into a box water-cooled structure. The furnace door is knowith internal refractory material without water cooling. The guide rail of the furnace door forms a 10 degree Angle to increase the sealing between the furnace door. The lifting mechanism of the furnace door is manual mode, and the lever principle is equipped with an adjustable balance hammer. The net height of the slag removal door is> 600mm, which is convenient for on-site slag removal operation.
