I. Brief Instruction:
This production line is used to produce washing power, capacity is 300kg-500kg/hr. Compared with the traditional technology, the efficiency is increased twice, the labor intensity is reduced by 60%, and the production process is free of three major wastes.

Production materials: Soda ash, sodium sulfate, sodium silicate, CMC, LAS, sulphonic acid, essence and alkaline protease. The above raw materials are generally easy to purchase and harmless to human body.

Remark:
This production is capable of producing powder or granule detergents, such as washing powder, soap powder, bleach powder, stain remover and so on by changing formula. The density ranges from 0.35-0.5g/ml. And you can produce washing powder according to your market needs, such as high foam or low foam, high density or low density, big granule or small granule and so on.
