1 set of bipolar non-metallic frame electrolytic cell: a single electrolytic cell with a hydrogen capacity of 75nm3, a working pressure of 1.6Mpa, and non asbestos membrane;
1 set of gas/alkali separator system: Separate hydrogen from hydrogen/alkali mixture and oxygen from oxygen/alkali mixture. The system includes a framework structure, a hydrogen separator, an oxygen separator, a potassium hydroxide alkali solution circulation pump, a potassium hydroxide alkali solution filter, an oxygen to hydrogen analyzer, a dew point analyzer, sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, valves, pipelines, joints, flanges, etc;
1 set of hydrogen purification system: Purify hydrogen purity from 99.8% to 99.999%, with a hydrogen dew point of -70 degrees. The system includes drying tower, purification tower, molecular sieve, palladium catalyst, pneumatic three-way valve, transmitter, valve, pipeline, joint, flange, etc;
1 set of PLC control system: The system includes a control panel, HMI, software and licenses, relays, circuit breakers, contactors, switch mode power supply, remote control system, UPS, safety barriers, and connectors, etc;
PID diagram analysis
Pure water: Pure water enters the water tank and is pumped into the system by a water pump. If the water supply is stopped for any reason (such as insufficient water supply), a differential pressure transmitter will force the machine to automatically stop working according to the lower limit of the liquid level.
Electrolytic cell: We use bipolar technology, non-metallic polar frame, and non asbestos membrane cloth electrolytic cell. The main electrode material is nickel. Hydrogen is generated from the cathode side of the electrolytic cell, while oxygen is generated from the anode side of the electrolytic cell.
Hydrogen oxygen liquid separator: The hydrogen and oxygen produced by the electrolytic cell enter the hydrogen separator and oxygen separator respectively, and after cooling the gas with cooling water, they are separated from the gas-liquid mixture. Afterwards, it is cooled by a conduit cooler installed in the gasket. Finally, hydrogen flows into the hydrogen drying tower for further purification.
Potassium hydroxide alkaline solution circulation system: The potassium hydroxide alkaline solution returns to the electrolytic cell through a collection pipe and a potassium hydroxide alkaline solution filter, where impurities will be removed, and then circulated to the electrolytic cell through a potassium hydroxide alkaline solution pump.
Hydrogen purification: After gas-liquid cooling and separation, hydrogen enters the purification tower, and oxygen in the hydrogen is adsorbed by palladium catalyst. Then the purified hydrogen gas enters the drying tower (1, 2, 3) containing molecular sieves, and three drying towers are used for production, regeneration, and pre work to remove the water content in the hydrogen gas.
Cooling water system: This system uses cooling water to cool the temperature of the rectifier, the temperature of the alkali solution in the hydrogen oxygen separator, and the temperature of the purification tower.
