I. Basic equipment configuration
Incoming aluminum ingots and scrap aluminum are poured into a vertical furnace using a tipping bucket frame, heated in the furnace by a gas burner, and stored in the vertical tube. The waste heat from the furnace is used to heat the aluminum through a heat exchanger, thereby achieving energy conservation; The exhaust gases from the melting furnace and insulation furnace are recovered by dust removal equipment. The upper cylinder of the blast furnace is made into an energy-saving device for cold and hot exchange, utilizing the waste heat circulation of the melting furnace.
II.Technical characteristics of equipment
1. 6T/h vertical fast energy-saving aluminum melting furnace
1.1 The aluminum melting furnace adopts a tipping bucket feeder to add materials from the top of the vertical tube in the melting chamber. During the melting process, the high-temperature flue gas is fully absorbed by a large number of aluminum ingots in the vertical tube and added to the cold and heat exchanger during the upper discharge process;
1.2 Vertical tube inner diameter ¢ 1500mm, bottom furnace height of 1500+1500+1500mm, three sections, cold air storage, synchronous absorption of upper, middle and lower heat energy, and the ability to store more than 5T aluminum ingots together with the bottom furnace; A large diameter can ensure that there is no jamming during the addition of stacked aluminum ingots, resulting in increased energy consumption;
1.3 The vertical tube and throat of the melting chamber are made of high-strength phosphate fan-shaped bricks (resistant to impact and wear), which increases the service life of the vertical furnace to 3-5 years or more;
1.4 The combustion system adopts one set of self-made CT220 main burner and C160 to achieve the maximum melting rate requirement of 6T/h; Due to the small combustion space and large combustion volume in the melting chamber, the furnace door must be opened for ignition; After ignition, slowly increase the gas and air volume until the flame stabilizes before closing the furnace door;
1.5 Smoke exhaust system
The top of the vertical cylinder in the melting and feeding chamber is equipped with a Φ 22, the outer cylinder is made of δ 5mm Q235 steel plate, and the inner lining is made of δ 15mm thick fiberboard; The main smoke pipe adopts a casting smoke pipe with a diameter of 600mm, which ensures that the surface of the smoke hood and smoke pipe will not have paint peeling off due to high temperature during the melting process; One set of fire doors is installed on the smoke exhaust hood, which is only opened during feeding to prevent smoke from flowing into the workshop;
2. Feeding mechanism
2.1 Adopting a set of four rail feeding mechanism, the feeding is safer than other double track feeding mechanisms. The feeding machine is placed in front of the melting and feeding chamber door (this is determined on site and cannot be placed on the side due to insufficient terrain. After shaping, production will be carried out according to this);
2.2 Adopting a four track feeding mechanism, the feeding is stable and reliable; The feeding adopts a jog method, and the discharging adopts an automatic method, with both upper and lower limits; The fastest feeding speed is 10m/min (about 2 minutes to complete one cycle);
2.3 The feeding rack is equipped with a protective net cover on the outside and a feeding door, effectively avoiding accidents during feeding;
3. Steel structure platform
3.1 A set of steel structure platform is provided for the vertical furnace, which is used to install and maintain the feeding motor reducer device and observe the feeding situation;
3.2 The platform is equipped with a set of steel structure escalators for operators to get on and off the platform; The escalator adopts an inclined upward escalator with a compact structure;
III.Main refractory materials for furnace body
1. Melting furnace bottom and vertical tube
(1) Bottom furnace bottom (565mm): 230mm LZ70 high alumina brick+65mm GL65 anti-seepage castable+230mm NG0.8 insulation brick+40mm insulation fiberboard;
(2) Bottom furnace wall (450mm): 230mm LZ70 high alumina brick+65mm GL65 anti-seepage castable+115mm NG0.8 insulation brick+40mm insulation fiberboard;
(3) Bottom and top of the feeding melting chamber: 230mm LZ70 high alumina brick+90mm GL65 anti-seepage castable+80mm insulation fiber board;
(4) Furnace entrance: QUICK 50CF casting material is used; Furnace door lining: made of DYG140 steel fiber castable;
(5) Bottom furnace throat: 300mm QUICK 50CF castable+100mm GL65 anti-seepage castable+80mm p=0.22 insulation calcium board;
