I. Introduction to biomass pellet machine

         HMK series biomass granulators absorb the essence of domestic and foreign granulators. The heart part is a unique "two-layer mold" assembly structure. The "pressing wheel" is refined with high alloy wear-resistant materials. The service life of vulnerable parts is several times that of similar products. The transmission structure is automatically filtered and lubricated. With unique design, reasonable structure, and strong and wear-resistant characteristics, it fills the gap of vertical feeding in domestic ring die granulation and reaches the international advanced level.
         This product is suitable for pressing materials that are difficult to bond and form, such as rice husks, sunflower seed shells, peanut shells, and other fruit shells, various wood scraps such as branches, tree trunks, bark, various crop straw, rubber, cement, ash and other chemical raw materials. Applied to biomass combustion plants, power plants, wood processing plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, etc., it is the most ideal compression and densification equipment with small investment, fast results, and no risk.




II. Working principle of biomass pellet machine
         The biomass pellet machine equipment operates in a direct motor connection mode. The motor is connected to the reducer shaft through a gear coupling and undergoes a 90 ° direction change. The horizontal motor drives the vertical casting hollow transfer spindle, which in turn drives the pressure roller to compact the inner surface of the mold to complete the pressing process. During operation, biomass sawdust raw materials fall vertically from the feeding port and are continuously and uniformly distributed on the surface of the mold cavity (the contact surface between the pressure roller and the mold) through the rotation of the pressure wheel. Under the rolling of the pressure roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold (uniformly distributed on the holes on the inner surface of the mold). This process involves the material being subjected to high pressure and temperature, resulting in physical or appropriate chemical changes that cause the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The particles are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port, completing the particle compression process.
