Power frequency core melting furnace and holding furnace are designed by electromagnetic induction principle.

Alternating magnetic energy is generated when an alternating voltage is applied to the induction coil, the magnetic flux passes through an iron core to form a closed magnetic circuit (silicon steel sheet:Made in Japan Z11,0.35 cold rolling).

This alternating flux induces electromotive force and secondary current in the melt channel, this current passes through the resistance of the metal charge, converting the electrical energy into heat energy, which melts the metal in the trench.



The melting furnace is composed of the furnace cover, the upper furnace body, the furnace frame, the induction body, the outflow test system, the electric control system, etc. 

The furnace body adopts vertical structure, the furnace body is made of steel plate rolled and welded, and the lower part has a transition flange connected with the induction body. 

The furnace hearth is made of thermal insulating bricks, refractory material knotting and asbestos sheets. 

The furnace body has a rectangular structure, the copper liquid in the melting furnace flows into the furnace body through the flow trough, and the three sides of the furnace body horizontal drawcasting crystallization installation of the mounting port.
