In terms of internal parts selection, according to the three major balances of the tower, the characteristics of different fillers and tower plates are compared to select appropriate internal parts, so as to adapt to local conditions; the whole process design is based on simulation calculations, and draws on previous engineering experience, fully considering the stability of equipment operation, the length of maintenance cycle, economic cost and other factors to propose the following specific plans.

II. Technical Solution
2.1 Brief Description of Process Flow
This project adopts the unique production process and equipment that absorbs and develops Japan's HAVE technology and the molecular distillation technology for purifying fatty acid methyl esters jointly developed with the company's technical research and development partner Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology, and combines it with its own refining technology. It is an advanced new process for biodiesel production in the same industry at home and abroad.
