I. Work flow
1. Preparations for workstation operation
(1) Manually place the workpiece on the positioner according to the requirements;
(2) Therefore, the equipment is powered on without alarm and ready;
(3) The robot stops at the origin of the operation, and the robot running program is the corresponding production program.
(4) Confirm the safety door/lock signal and start the workstation
2. Workflow description
(1) When the safety guardrail door is opened manually, the robot is in a suspended state.
(2) After manual loading, pneumatic tooling clamping, (such as assembly accuracy is not high, need to add laser scanning), robot full welding.
(3) Welding completed, manual loading and unloading

3. Laser welding head
The welding head uses a motor to drive the X and Y axis vibrating lens, which has a variety of swing modes, and the swing welding allows the workpiece to have irregular welding, larger clearance and other processing parameters, which can significantly improve the welding quality.
The internal structure of the welding head is completely closed, which can avoid dust contamination of the optical part.

4. Transmit Optical Fibers

7. Single-axis Head-tail Positioner
1) The single-axis servo positioner is mainly composed of an integral fixed base, rotating headstock and tailstock, welding frame, servo motor and fine reducer, conductive mechanism, etc.
2) By configuring different servo motors, the positioner can be operated remotely through the robot teaching device or external operating box;
3) By turning over the workpiece fixed on the workbench to achieve the required welding and assembly Angle;

8. Security fence (optional)
Set up protective fences, safety gate or safety grating and safety locks and other devices, and carry out the necessary interlock protection.
The safety door is set up in the appropriate position of the protective fence. All the doors are equipped with safety switches and buttons, and a reset button and an emergency stop button are provided.
The safety door is interlocked with the system through the safety lock (switch). When the safety door is abnormally opened, the system stops running and gives an alarm.
Security measures ensure the safety of personnel and equipment through both hardware and software.
The safety fence can be prepared by Party A. It is recommended to use high-quality mesh welding and roast yellow warning paint on the surface.
9. Control system
There is an emergency stop button on the robot control cabinet and teaching box. When the system has an emergency, the system can be stopped by pressing the emergency stop button and sending an alarm signal at the same time.
