III. Process Overview
According to the parameters provided by the manufacturer and the data calculated in the above table, our company's technical department carefully studied and adopted a MGΦ3.2*8m high-efficiency three-circuit drum dryer, and a four-cylinder cyclone collector + pulse bag dust collector for dust removal .
The system process flow is divided into five parts:

1) Heat source system (natural gas)
2) Drying system ( Φ3. 2 *8m high-efficiency three-return drum dryer + air lock valve )
3) Conveying system (feeding belt conveyor + discharging heat-resistant belt conveyor)
4) Electrical control system, including control cabinet, thermocouple, temperature digital display , frequency converter, etc.
5) Tail gas dust removal and emission system.
2. Material process flow of the drying system of this project:
River sand → forklift loading → transition silo → belt conveyor feeding → dryer material head → three-cylinder dryer (downstream) → heat exchange in the drum → discharge valve → discharging heat-resistant belt conveyor →Finished product
