8. After the Contract takes effect, Party B shall provide Party A with the following technical documents (in the number required by Party A) before commissioning: Equipment Qualification Certificate; Equipment operation manual; Equipment basic drawing, layout drawing, electrical schematic diagram.
9. The final acceptance of the equipment shall be carried out at the site of the user unit according to the requirements of the contract and technical agreement.
