1. Main mechanical components and mechanisms:
1.1 The fuselage adopts a three beam column structure, and the upper beam and worktable are combined into a fixed frame through columns, fastening nuts, and adjusting nuts. The accuracy of the frame is adjusted by adjusting the nuts, which has good strength, rigidity, and accuracy retention.
1.2 The upper beams, workbenches, sliders and other large components are welded steel plates. After computer optimization design, their strength, rigidity, structure, anti deformation and other properties meet the standards and usage requirements, and have sufficient safety factors; Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding combined with manual arc welding is used to achieve the required welding quality, and deformation stress is eliminated through aging vibration treatment.
1.3 Sliding block: A welded steel plate with a box shaped structure and four column guide holes welded with copper, which has good durability and accuracy retention. The lower plane of the slider has a T-shaped groove for installing the mold.
1.4 Upper beam: a welded steel plate with a box shaped structure, equipped with a main working oil cylinder inside and a filling oil tank on top.
1.5 Workbench: Steel plate welded structural components are connected to the upper beam and slider through columns to form the main machine.
1.6 Oil cylinder: arranged in the upper crossbeam hole, sealed with double inlet material sealing rings, with good sealing and strong wear resistance. The material of the oil cylinder body is 45 forged steel.
1.7 Column: The material is 45 # steel, which has been quenched and tempered, and the surface is plated with hard chromium to increase wear resistance. The hardness is qualified.
The nut material is 45 # steel, which matches the threads on the column and locks the body.
1.9 Limit device: located on the right side of the main body, the travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions, and adjusting the upper and lower limit switches adjusts the up and down movement position of the slider.
2. Hydraulic system:
2.1. This machine has an independent hydraulic power mechanism consisting of a pump, motor, valve manifold block, oil tank, etc. The power mechanism includes various devices such as oil filtration and liquid level display.
2.2 The hydraulic system adopts a two-way plug-in valve, which has the characteristics of small volume, compact structure, low flow resistance, large flow rate, sensitive action, reliable operation, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, and long service life. There is a secondary support system in the lower chamber of the master cylinder to ensure that the slider will not fall in the event of a sudden failure of a component. The system is equipped with a pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder.
2.3 The main oil pump is an axial piston pump with stable performance.
2.4 The fuel tank is a welded steel plate structure, equipped with an oil gauge for easy observation of the oil level. The fuel filter, valve manifold block, etc. are arranged in an orderly manner above the fuel tank cover plate.
2.5 The main hydraulic pipelines are connected by flanges and equipped with seismic clamps with reasonable layout to prevent vibration and leakage of high-pressure pipelines. Before installation, the pipelines are pickled and passivated to ensure the cleanliness of the oil.
2.6 Pressure Gauge: This machine uses an earthquake resistant pressure gauge that is not easily damaged. The electric contact pressure gauge constantly displays the pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder, and stops working when the set pressure is reached, effectively providing protection.
2.7 Pressure safety: The plug-in valve is equipped with a pressure adjustment system, which allows for overflow and oil return when the pressure exceeds the set value, ensuring that the system remains within the set pressure and achieves overpressure protection.
3. Electrical system:
3.1 It is equipped with an independent electrical control system, relay control system, and adopts button centralized control.
3.2 The power supply of this machine is AC380V, 50HZ; The voltage of the indicator light is 380V.
4. Operating System:
4.1 It can be operated in two ways: adjustment and semi-automatic.
4.2 Adjustment (Jogging): Operate the corresponding function button to complete the corresponding action, and press the button once to complete one jog of the corresponding action. It is mainly used for equipment adjustment and mold replacement.
4.3 Semi automatic: Press the work button to complete one process cycle.

5 Safety devices:
5.1 Static and Emergency Stop Button: When an abnormality occurs, press the "Static" button to stop the action. Press the 'emergency stop' button, including stopping the motor operation.
5.2 The motor control part is equipped with thermal protectors, circuit breakers, and other devices to protect the motor from overload damage and overcurrent short circuit protection.
5.3 The lower chamber control block of the main cylinder is equipped with anti slip falling device and safety valve, and the slider can be stationary at any position to prevent the slider from losing control and sliding down.
5.4 Overload protection: The hydraulic system circuit is equipped with a safety valve. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the hydraulic system will automatically overflow and limit the pressure. The protection set value can be adjusted to ensure that the press will not work overload.
5.5 Overpressure protection: The electric contact pressure gauge constantly displays the pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder, effectively providing overpressure protection.
