1. Introduction to Linkage Line
This unit consists of a vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a tunnel type hot air circulation sterilization oven, a screw packaging machine, and a capping machine, suitable for the production of different specifications of penicillin bottles such as 2-25ml. Capable of completing processes such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, air flushing, drying and sterilization, cooling, packaging, plugging, and capping.
2. Introduction to Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine Equipment
The machine is a vertical rotary drum structure, which uses a conveyor belt screw to feed bottles, a mechanical arm to clamp the bottles, flip and rotate continuously, and the bottle washing nozzle moves back and forth and tracks the movement. The bottles are alternately sprayed with water and air in an inverted state for cleaning, and ultrasonic washing function is adopted, which has a good washing effect. The machine consists of a base, a drum, a screw lifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a water pump, a filter, and other components.
After the bottle is filled with water, it enters the water tank for ultrasonic washing for 1 minute. Then, it is transported by a screw to the lifting pulley. After lifting, it is clamped by a large drum mechanical arm and flipped 180 ºC by the mechanical arm until the bottle mouth is facing downwards. Water and gas alternate cleaning is carried out sequentially. After cleaning, the bottle is flipped upside down by a robotic arm and sent out to the sterilization oven through the bottle removal wheel.
All components on the machine that come into contact with cleaning solution are made of stainless steel and non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials. All working areas are enclosed with transparent organic glass to prevent external environmental pollution. The machine is equipped with a terminal filter to ensure that the washing water and compressed air meet the clean washing requirements.
This machine adopts AC motor drive, variable frequency speed regulation, and PLC control circuit, with reliable performance. The water temperature of the water tank is automatically controlled at a constant temperature and equipped with a water level control switch to prevent the equipment from starting the water pump, ultrasonic and heating elements in a dry state. The water and gas pipeline is equipped with a pressure display, and the pressure can be adjusted through a valve. When connected, it can receive signals from the filling machine and sterilization oven, and automatically stops when bottle squeezing occurs.
