III. Function description of each part
1. Unwinding part:
1) The unwinding adopts shaftless cone top, which is convenient for one person to operate. Adopting a special cone top form, it will not damage the inner wall of the tube core. 3-inch mechanical expansion sleeve locking device, strong and durable. Left and right, separated at the same time, the clamping operation is extremely convenient.
2) The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding drive shaft. There is no need to input the material thickness. The unwinding residual roll diameter can be set to automatically decelerate and stop to facilitate the splicing of the next roll.
3) There is a mechanism for manually adjusting the elastic edge of the material release. The adjustment range is ±20mm.
4) The material is automatically corrected by the simulated automatic correction system. The entire frame uses guide rails to move left and right, and the moving part uses a threaded screw. The movement is driven left and right by a servo motor to achieve automatic correction.
5) It is equipped with a pneumatic material receiving platform, using pneumatic material pressing, square steel structure, and rubber skin pressing material to reduce material scrapping.
6) The material discharging adopts corridor type conveying, which makes the operation easier.
7) The unwinding adopts magnetic powder braking.
2. Traction part:
The mirror traction roller is driven by a 5.5KW servo motor.
3. Waste edge recycling device:
A fan is used to blow out the waste materials, and the customer provides a cage for collection.
4. Rewinding mechanism: (The left or right end of the finished product is decided by the customer when ordering)
1) Use left and right double shafts to independently wind up the cut material.
2) Each of the left and right rewinding reels has a 5.5KW servo motor to drive the air expansion shaft. The rewinding tension is based on the current roll diameter. The PLC automatically controls the SMC electrical, so that there is no factor of material thickness when slitting multiple strips. All reel end faces Smoothness, the flatness of the disk surface is freely switched between the pneumatic pressure roller and the self-weight pressure roller. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable, that is, the spiral winding method. As the winding diameter continues to increase, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to decrease, which greatly extends the life of the air expansion shaft.
