Rim specifications:
Diameter: 19.5 inches to 24 inches
Width: 6 inches to 12 inches
Material thickness: 5mm~8mm
Wheel rim product drawings: subject to mutual signature by both parties
2. Material quality grade
Steel grade: T380CL T400CL T420CL T440CL T490
Steel properties: tensile strength 300-500Mpa, elongation ≥ 30%
3. Material status
Hot rolled pickling material, with no scratches or pits on the surface.
The surface is dry without rust or oil stains.
After the material is flattened, it is required to be flat without bending.
4. Shift production capacity
According to the typical wheel rim specifications of 9.0X22.5, a total of 1000 pieces are produced in approximately 120 pieces per hour for 8 hours. Due to various factors such as the quality of management personnel, operational skills, mold maintenance, and coordination between different workstations in production, the actual shift production is about 800-1200 pieces.
