1. Equipment overview
        A. Features: SZDY-F5 high-efficiency program-controlled plastic air pressure thermoforming machine adopts the latest international plastic sheet forming technology. It is an integrated design of machine, electricity and gas. It adopts microcomputer and industrial programmable PLC control. The whole system is HMI ( HMI). Square tunnel type imported radiant heater, concave and convex molds can be formed, laser blade punching, the process flow: heating, forming, punching, stacking counting and other main multi-station production lines. At the same time, the production line can run simultaneously, adopting the current foreign and domestic advanced molding technology to reduce labor, prevent secondary pollution, save materials, improve product quality and product qualification rate, double increase production efficiency, convenient operation, and reliability Good, strong functionality, high degree of automation, dedicated to automatic production line integrated sheet thermoforming and product automatic punching.
       B. Application: suitable for the molding of HIPS, PS, PP, PVC, PET... and other plastic sheets, processing high transparency, high stretch, shallow stretch, round, square, irregular, up and down biaxial stretching , Flanging and other products, producing all kinds of plastic products such as boxes, dishes, trays, bowls, lids, industrial packaging, food packaging, cosmetic packaging and other packaging.


2. Equipment technological process:
         Sheet feeding → conveying sheet → first heating → second heating → third heating → forming cooling → cutting → decomposing and stacking → waste self-winding system
Note: A total of three-station production line, operation scheme: manual/automatic one-piece switching function, manual is convenient for sampling and control parameter setting.


3. Equipment technical description
        A. The forming equipment consists of the main structure frame, positive and negative pressure forming system, temperature control system, vacuum system, heating system, air control system, electrical and PLC control system, punching system, product decomposition and stacking and edge material automatic winding system And other structural composition.
        B. The main body of the equipment: It is formed by splicing and welding steel structure profiles such as square pass and channel steel, and is used for assembling heating, mold table forming, mold table punching and auxiliary devices, etc. The overall steel structure frame is guided by the <structural process design>, and all the parts involved are in full compliance with: high-quality selection of materials, blank production methods, machining, heat treatment, parts assembly, machine operation, machine maintenance and other technological foundations , To ensure that the movable device that transmits and transforms motion and force has sufficient strength and rigidity. All metal surfaces have undergone anti-rust treatment and the bottom layer is sprayed with anti-rust paint; common parts and standard parts are used in the structure, which is convenient for later maintenance and replacement of all parts.
       C. Mold table structure: The processing mold table adopts German advanced positive and negative pressure thermoforming technology. Japanese-funded enterprises six-axis CNC finishing, with a punching force of about 150T; the operating surface of the mold table directly loads and unloads the mold and includes quick clamping. The cutting die table is equipped with a hot knife heating device.
      D. Electrical and PLC control system/safety facilities
The electrical control system adopts PLC integrated module control, uses industrial touch display as HMI (Human Machine Interface), and adopts Chinese interface. The machine has button operation and all process parameter settings and modifications, making the equipment easy to operate and maintain.
The working mode of the whole machine is divided into manual/automatic, all setting function operations are realized on the touch display; when the operator places the material, press the automatic start device to complete the whole process forming process, until the material in the silo is processed and produced ; Manual is mainly used for mold change or sampling control.
The system is equipped with multiple protection measures, and all actions that may collide with each other are equipped with interlocking and closed-loop control protection.
       The safety door is designed with a protective seal. It is opened by manual buckle and locked manually. The safety grating is installed in the protective door to improve the safety factor of the equipment and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
The power distribution cabinet contains protection circuits, including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element is protected by a fuse. For safety issues that may cause harm to the system or workpieces, there are warning signs or remarks. Reserve 10% of the space in the control box for future changes. The electrical cabinet is equipped with a filter and a protective cooling fan.
       All the non-movable cables and the wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable trough, which is easy to open and repair. If this is not possible, use a hose to fix it.
        There are multiple "emergency stop" buttons installed in the front, middle and rear of the equipment, and the "emergency stop" cuts off the power supply of the equipment forcibly, so that no dangerous situation occurs during the "emergency stop".
