- Each crane (16 tons) must be equipped with:
- a hinged grab of at least V = 4 m3 (the width of the grab should not exceed no more than 2.3 m in the open state for unloading HBI from gondola cars, the weight of the lifting tool is 5.6 t);
- a round electromagnet Ø 2150 mm (the mass of HBI transported with a density of
2.5 t / m3 per cycle must be at least 3.8 t);
- a system of ladders and platforms required for maintenance and repair of mechanisms and electrical equipment;
- centralized lubrication system;
- current collectors of standard design;
- a cradle for trolley service;
- stationary jacks for the purpose of using them for the repair of wheels and axle boxes of the crane;
- for fastening bogie rails, use clamping strips with a convenient adjustment system.
