Main Frame Welding
The main frame of the bed body is welded using carbon dioxide shielded welding, which has many advantages such as stable welding process, no internal defects, and minimal splashing. Currently, it has become the most important welding method for black metal materials.
Stress Relief Annealing
To eliminate the material stress caused by welding, the super-large fuel heating annealing furnace is used to carry out 600° stress relief annealing for multiple main frames. Furnace temperature is stable and uniform electronic monitoring welding stress removal is complete, quality is guaranteed. Non-ordinary small electric furnace single annealing and temperature uneven stress relief can not guarantee complete elimination.
Rough Machining
Rough machining is aimed at quickly cutting off the remaining amount of the blank. During rough machining, a large feed rate and maximum cutting depth should be selected to remove as many chips as possible in a short period of time.
Vibration Aging
It is a method of eliminating residual internal stresses inside the workpiece by vibration, which causes the vector sum of residual internal stresses and additional vibration stresses inside the workpiece to exceed the yield strength of the material, resulting in slight plastic deformation of the material, thereby relaxing and reducing the internal stresses inside the material.
Natural aging
The bed is left in the open air for more than 1 month. Clear the bed multiple times resulting in repeated temperature stress. The residual stress is relaxed and the dimensional accuracy is stabilized. Improve the stiffness, increase the deformation resistance, ensure the dimensional stability of the bed.
Finish Machining
Finish machining uses CNC five sided machining centers to process surfaces with high precision requirements such as guide rails and racks on the bed to obtain high-quality installation surfaces, ensuring the cutting accuracy of the machine tool.
