1, About biomass pellet machine

2, Working principle of biomass pellet machine
The biomass pellet machine equipment operates in a direct motor connection mode. The motor is connected to the reducer shaft through a gear coupling and undergoes a 90 ° direction change. The horizontal motor drives the vertical casting hollow transfer spindle, which in turn drives the pressure roller to compact the inner surface of the mold to complete the pressing process. During operation, biomass sawdust raw materials fall vertically from the feeding port and are continuously and uniformly distributed on the surface of the mold cavity (the contact surface between the pressure roller and the mold) through the rotation of the pressure wheel. Under the rolling of the pressure roller, the powdered material passes through the holes of the mold (uniformly distributed on the holes on the inner surface of the mold). This process involves the material being subjected to high pressure and temperature, resulting in physical or appropriate chemical changes that cause the powdered material to form a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body. The particles are then cut by a cutting knife and discharged from the discharge port, completing the particle compression process.
