NOTE:

1. Delivery date: within 45 working days after receiving the deposit after signing the contract.
2. Payment terms: The buyer pays 30% of the total contract value to the seller when signing the contract. The balance 70% of the total contract value will be paid to the seller before the equipment is shipped to the domestic designated destination.
3. Transportation: The seller is responsible for the transportation of the goods. After the goods arrive at the place designated by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for unloading the goods.
4. Place of delivery: inspect the goods at the seller's company and deliver at the place designated by the buyer.
5. Due to market, policy, public health safety and other force majeure factors, the price and delivery period of this quotation is valid for 7 days.

• Quality Assurance

For equipment failures caused by non-human factors, one-year free warranty service is provided for the whole machine; the equipment cannot be used normally due to force majeure during the maintenance period, or the mechanical or system damage caused by the manual operation or non-ordinary operation of the purchaser, all Damaged parts will be charged for the cost of replacement parts. Because the buyer maliciously forcibly cracks/destroys/modifies the system/mechanical structure of the equipment, the seller has the right to terminate all service support provided by the demander.
After the expiration of the warranty period, our company guarantees to provide timely maintenance services and provide the required accessories at preferential prices.
