Specific instructions


(A) Entry frame assembly

1.The cloth frame is made of 4mm/Q235A hem, beautiful appearance.

2.Tension adjustment device: The manual worm gear reducer drives two zinc tubes to rotate left and right to adjust the wrapping Angle of the fabric to adjust the fabric tension.

3.Cloth guide roller: guide and support the role of the fabric. The corresponding cloth guide roller is configured according to different processes.


(B) Starching machine

1. Active sizing roller (lower roller) : 1, 250mm diameter iron roller, chrome plated treatment, roll surface is flat, equipped with WPWD gearbox 1.5KW-4 motor drive, frequency conversion control speed.

2. Driven sizing roll (upper roll) : 1, diameter 250mm iron roll, chrome plated treatment, 1.5KW-4 motor drive, frequency conversion control speed.


(C) Entrance box and needle feeding device on the shrink code

The entrance box adopts a centralized control console, making various functional operations simpler and more convenient.
