2.2 Payment Terms:
40% of the payment for goods is advance payment;
After the equipment is accepted and confirmed, 60% of the payment for goods shall be collected by electricity and delivered.
2.3 Delivery time
The acceptance conditions shall be met within 60 working days after receiving the advance payment.

2.6 Installation and Commissioning
- After all the equipment arrives at the customer's factory, the buyer is responsible for preparing various preparations, such as: power supply, water source, labor force, crane, etc
- Upon completion of all the preparatory work in the customer's factory, we will inform our company in writing, and we will immediately prepare to send a commissioning engineer to the factory designated by the customer (domestic) to guide the installation and commissioning of the machine. The buyer shall send someone to assist the installation and bear the accommodation of the commissioning personnel. The cost of commissioning abroad is $150 per person per day.
- The commissioning engineer will provide free training to the Buyer's operators at the Buyer's plant during the commissioning period.
- If the buyer does not request for installation and commissioning within 3 months from the date of delivery, the equipment will be deemed to have been successfully installed and commissioned by the Buyer.
