Product Description
Scope of the project
This technical solution includes a production line with an annual output of 30000 tons of rock wool (based on 300 working days), with an hourly output of 4 tons per line and a daily output of 100 tons per line
The scope of the project includes architectural design, design and installation of factory drawings and mineral wool board lines provided by the supplier, commissioning and trial production, personnel training, etc.
Main parameters of the product
1. KT value: 2000-20000 (thickness X density).
2. Board width: 1200mm
3. Board length: 1000mm or 1200m (adjustable according to user requirements)
4. Board thickness: 30-200mm
5. Production line speed: 1.8-18 meters per minute
6. Density: 200-40kg/m
7. Fiber diameter: ≤ 7um
8. Slag ball content: ≤ 5%
Water supply and drainage engineering (one production line)
Daily water consumption of 80m3/day, annual water consumption of 24000 * m3/year (mainly for cooling water evaporation)
The drainage volume of this project is 1m3/day
There is basically no wastewater generated in this project. Mainly the discharge of domestic wastewater.
Power supply project (one production line)
The total installed capacity of the equipment in this project is 2200KW. Due to the main line having multiple one in use and one backup devices and frequency converters, the actual power consumption of the main line is about 1500KW. It is recommended to build one transformer on site to provide radial power supply to the workshop.
Power supply voltage: 380V/220VAC 50HZ
Environmental temperature: 5-45 degrees Celsius
Power factor: ≥ 0.9 (if lower than this number, an electrostatic container needs to be added to compensate)
Thermal engineering (one production line)
Natural gas is mainly used for the production and drying of gas. Supplying natural gas only requires 3000~4000m3 per day.
Production process
The technology of this project comes from the introduction of advanced foreign technology, which melts basalt raw materials and coke in proportion, and then uses a centrifuge to make rock wool fibers from the solution. After appropriate process technology and equipment are used to physically deep process and chemically modify the initial fibers, the finished basalt fiber profiles are prepared.
