The structure of a regular manual nail box machine mainly consists of nail head, support arm, drive motor, transmission clutch, body, and foot switch. The driving motor is generally 0.5 kW, using single-stage or two-stage V-belt transmission power, with only one speed ratio compared to the motor. When the motor is running during work, but the foot switch is not pressed, the transmission clutch does not move, the nail head does not nail, and a nail box is needed. Manually hold the cardboard, press the switch clutch to connect the nail head action, and cycle the nails. The more complex parts of this machine are the nail head and mechanical clutch. The most important component inside the machine head is the punch. With the up and down reciprocating motion of the punch, it completes the four processes of wire feeding (including cutting), forming, punching nails, and hanging in a short time (about half a second) in a working cycle. Due to the different structural design travel speed, acceleration, and dwell time, the required time and vulnerable parts are also different, which brings certain difficulties to manufacturers. There are three forms of eccentric shafts. Cam type, also known as groove type, has the disadvantage of slightly difficult mechanical processing and relatively many components in the machine head. Although some vulnerable parts use small materials, they still need to be made of high-quality steel and undergo corresponding heat treatment processes to improve durability and extend service life. Regular maintenance requires adding lubricating oil and maintaining cleanliness.
