1. Customized according to customer production needs, the automatic molding plastic cup sealing integrated machine is designed reasonably and has a novel structure. It adopts air clamp traction and has a one-stop synchronous production line operation of plate mold, positive pressure molding, filling, heat sealing, indentation, punching, and automatic cup production. It is a machine specifically designed for aluminum plastic packaging, food, cosmetics, daily chemical and other molding plastic cup sealing. Due to the large molding area of the machine, there are many sections to be punched at once (standard version with one punching and five), which to some extent meets the needs of enterprise scale production, and is particularly suitable for packaging candies, milk slices, and other products in the food industry. The product has passed the provincial scientific and technological achievement appraisal.
2. Adopting aluminum-plastic packaging has the advantages of extending the shelf life, beautifying the product, and reducing production costs. Due to its small footprint, high efficiency, low investment, no pollution, and exquisite appearance, it meets GMP requirements and is the most ideal automated packaging equipment.
3. The forming, heat sealing, batch marking, indentation, punching and other devices are all located on a spindle with racks. When the handle is shaken, various devices can easily and freely move on the spindle, and can be quickly calibrated and positioned according to the ruler and fastening nut.
4. Mechanical arm traction, adjustable stroke, able to adapt to packaging of various sizes of blocks. Without changing the cam lift, a dual traction swing rod is used to extend the traction stroke (up to 180mm).
5. Heating the plate, positive pressure forming, upper and lower mesh pattern, cylinder heat sealing, automatic feeding, automatic indentation for batch number, automatic punching of the plate, simple operation and reliable operation.
6. Positive pressure forming combined with mechanical punch ensures uniform and firm forming of the bubble cover. It can adapt to the packaging of syringes, vials, facial mask, Chinese medicine honey pills, etc.
7. The main transmission part adopts a parallel axis helical gear reducer, which runs smoothly. Forming, heat sealing, indentation and other molds are positioned with Xiao nails, and the pressure plate is fixed tightly, with accurate positioning and convenient mold replacement, saving packaging materials. For the convenience of entering the workshop, the body can be made separately according to user requirements.
