1, Overview of Machine Tool
The CK84 series CNC roller lathe adopts Siemens 828D CNC system, driven by servo motor. The design of this machine tool fully analyzed the technical performance indicators and novel mechanical structure of the rolling lathes from Italy's ATOMAT company and Germany's HERKULES company, while also drawing on the experience of similar machine tools from well-known domestic enterprises.
This series of machine tools is mainly used for hole processing of rolling rolls, and can also turn the outer circle and neck of rolling rolls. It can also perform turning processing on parts similar to rolling rolls. Suitable for cutting various materials such as cast steel, forged steel, alloy steel, chilled cast iron, ductile iron, tungsten carbide roller rings, etc., achieving the effect of replacing grinding with vehicles, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
