1. Automatic feeding device
- Location
Located at the rear of the core rod chuck device, it mainly includes a tube blank basket and a two-stage automatic feeding mechanism, as well as an automatic pipe pushing mechanism.
- Function description
Tube billet waiting rack and automatic flipping mechanism: Its working principle is to lift the tube billet onto a inclined waiting rack that can store a certain number of tubes. The tube billet can freely scatter and roll down to a lower position, which is blocked by a stopper block with adjustable size. When there is no tube billet in the pushing rack, the flipping mechanism flips the tube billet into the V-shaped groove of the pushing rack.
Automatic pipe pushing mechanism: When the pipe blank is flipped into the receiving groove by the feeding mechanism, it is pushed by electric propulsion, pushing the pipe blank into the rear core rod chuck, clamped and transported by the feeding roller, and finally sent to the front end of the pipe blank trolley, so that the pipe blank trolley can directly clamp the pipe blank and move forward. (If you need to roll multiple specifications of billets, adjust the centerline of the billets on the pushing rack)
2. Core rod device
- Location
Located on the rolling centerline, it runs through the working frame, front and rear bed bodies, rotating device, feeding device, and front and rear core rod clamping device.
- Function description
This device consists of three parts: a core rod, a core rod, and a clamping rod. The core rod connects the two through threads as a whole. During operation, the device positions the billet in the rolling center line in the billet hole and locks and rotates the clamping rod through the core rod clamping device, achieving the function of the core rod participating in rolling deformation and rotation.
If two or more types of billets need to be rolled, the core rod and clamping rod parts must be separately configured.
3. Front and rear core rod clamping device
- Location
The rear core rod clamping device is located between the automatic feeding device and the feeding bed, and the front core rod clamping device is located between the feeding bed and the rear bed.
- Function description
The device consists of three parts: clamping seat, hydraulic chuck, and hydraulic control system. The clamping seat is fixed on the equipment foundation, and the hydraulic chuck is set on the clamping seat. After loosening the fastening screws, the bolt can be adjusted to move forward and backward along the rolling centerline direction to determine the working position of the core rod. The equipment is locked on the clamping seat during rolling, and the synchronous rotation transmitted from the rotating device is transmitted to the core rod device. The hydraulic control system is matched with the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic chuck. The cylinder drives the slider in the chuck to move, and at the same time presses down three claws to lock the clamping rod, so that the core rod cannot move forward and backward during the rolling process. Part of the rolling force is transmitted to the clamping seat through the hydraulic chuck. When the hydraulic chuck is released, the feeding operation can be carried out.
The front and rear core rod clamping devices must be adjusted until they can simultaneously clamp the core rod. During normal operation, instructions are issued through the electrical control system, and the two chucks alternate in motion. The two chucks must always be in a clamped state to ensure smooth feeding and rolling.
4. Internal lubrication device
- Location
Located between the rear card and the feeding rack.
- Function description
This device is used for automatic oil lubrication of the inner hole of the blank tube. When each automatic feeding occurs, the internal lubrication device rises and the rear card opens
The automatic feeding trolley pushes the pipe blank into place, returns it, and closes the rear card. The internal lubrication device cylinder pushes the joint and connects it to the core rod, and then intermittently adds oil to the inside,
